It's Official!

Well, we just signed off on our house. We are no longer home owners. What a sad day, but what a happy day too! We are so relieved to know it is sold and we don't have to think about the utility costs, lawn care, or just the fact that it is empty anymore. Plus, with the economy the way it is, it is such a relief to be done with the whole thing. Now I can focus my attention on the fun things like house hunting. Much better to be buying right now than selling anyway.

In other news: Dakotah is now sitting up on her own and has started a rudimentary crawl. It is what we refer to as army crawl. She's quite good at it and now Jackson has to be much more careful about what he leaves on the floor or it may get eaten.
Dakotah has also come the conclusion that fruit is quite good. She is almost 8 months old and will hardly take baby food. But just recently she started taking some fruit. So much for cereal, and we'll have to work on the veggies later. Momma's milk is still her favorite.And finally, I just have to add this picture. Brooklyn is turning out to be just as organized as Jackson was. He used to line up his cars and trucks. Brooklyn has all her diapers in a row.
