How To Double the Size of Your Wardrobe

Step 1: Don't throw it away!

Step 2: Label Properly!
Step 3: Lose 22 pounds so you can open the box back up! *
* The best part of this step is that you may find articles of clothing you had forgotten you ever wore. It's like shopping without all the dressing room stuff and bargain hunting.

Ok, so I desperately needed a new pair of jeans because all my old ones were either too big now or in terrible shape. So I took myself over to the store. I went into the dressing room making sure that I had a size 8 and a size 10 in both washes because they fit different. To my utter suprize the 8's were a little loose. So I thought to myself, "Self...try on a 6, but don't get your hopes up!" Well, let's put it this way, I hope they didn't have a camera in there or they would have caught me dancing around with no music playing... very embarassing!
I am trying not to brag, but I'm just so pleased about the whole thing that I have to brag. So, sorry for not being polite. I am now the same size I was when Dayne and I got married, just a different shape. But I'm not complaining! I was so excited about the whole experience that I decided to buy 2 pair.

New Car!!

So, my husband is a very romantic guy, as you all know. For Valentine's this year he went big and bought me a new car! Can you believe it?! Of course you can't!

This was my Valentine's Day gift. It's exactly what you picture as romantic, isn't it? I mean what could be more thoughtful than making sure I can haul all three children everywhere I go! I love my husband!
It is a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX-L with 48,000 miles on it, leather interior and heated seats. We are very happy to have our own vehicle since we have been driving Dayne's parents' van while they were on a mission for our church for a year and a half. Of course, we were planning to get a van as soon as possible, it just happened to be Valentine's Day when we ended up getting it. So Dayne was counting on the deal going through or he was going to have to do some quick thinking about what he could do to save his bacon and his place in our bed for the night. I'm so glad it worked out for him (and for me).

Wanted!!

Have any of you seen these out-laws. . . I mean, in-laws? (I doubt anyone could forget them after all the years of trouble they've caused.) They skipped town a couple years back after a big shebang where they shot out the lights and crashed a wedding, leaving us all to pick up the pieces. Well, rumor has it they are coming back to town. We're sending out some advance scouts to send us warning on what to expect. We've been receiving word on their activities since they jumped the border. The stories include everything from raiding elders' homes to the Chinese music torture of young kids. Yep, folks, the word is out they even picked up a couple of partners in crime down in the south country. Don't worry tho, we'll be trackin' em. The older fella can be easily followed by his trail of power tools. His weakness is sheds. He's even been caught before but we had to let him go on a technicality. As for the the lady, watch out, she's the dangerous one. She keeps food on hand to lure folks into her trap. She may even take your children. Some of you may have experience with this. Yes, they are an elusive couple of out-laws. . .I mean in-laws, they're always hoppin' around to some job or another, but if everyone cooperates we're sure to pin them down this time. So keep your eyes and ears open, and we feel confident they will not escape us again.
