The house is online!

Well, we signed all the paperwork and have now hired a realtor. What a relief just to have someone else take care of all that stuff! It is now listed online. I went to realtor.com to find it, but I'm sure you can look it up on a number of different sites if you are curious. (MLS#155799)As of right now there are no pictures. They are coming soon. Tomorrow we are going up to get the last of our stuff out of the house and our realtor is going to meet us there and take pictures and get our key. I am VERY anxious to get the house sold. The profit won't be a whole lot since we didn't live there long, but it would be nice to not have to pay the winter utilities and put our house payment to better use. The nice thing about hiring a realtor is that he ran a CMA report which determined that we were probably asking too low. Now we have added about $9,000 to our asking price. (Just enough to cover the realtor fees I guess.) That works for us. This realtor sold a house near us at the end of August in 5 days. I can only hope ours will sell fast too. Keep your fingers crossed.
