That's my boy!

Jackson got a couple of awards this past month. He entered the reflections program at school in the literature and visual arts category. He got a ribbon for participation with his his visual arts project which you can see in this picture. AND he got a medal with his name on it and award of merit for his piece of literature.

The theme was Together We Can. This is what he wrote: "Together we can. Make money! Together we can. Stop sadness! Together we can. Make friends! Together we can. Have fun!"

Pretty good for second grade, I think. But I'm his biased mom. (And the punctuation is part of the direct quote. I didn't want to edit it and mess with greatness!)
