Okay, we are here and have got internet again. We are connected with the world once more. We came down with most of our stuff last Tuesday, Dakotah's one month birthday. That means that in the course of one month we have experienced 2 major life events and taken a two week vacation accross the country in the middle of it. Needless to say, I am reeling a little. We are slowly getting ourselves organized in our new living quarters. We have close to the same amount of living space, just a lot less storage space.
Jackson has also started school. Today he was wearing his backpack for at least an hour before the bus even came. He has been decked out in "Disney's Cars" shirts, shoes, and backpack. He loved his first day. He made two friends but doesn't know their names and swears they didn't feed him anything. He's going to morning kindergarten, and he rides the bus there and back all by himself. It was almost too much to bear for me to let him go off with total strangers on that big bus loaded with "big" kids. He just waved and smiled as he hopped on. I must admit that I had to drop by the school and take a quick peak at him to make sure he got there and was doing alright. He looked like a pro. I should have guessed.
Anyway, that's our life these days, full of excitement and emotional adjustment. By the way, our email will be different now. As soon as I know our new one, I'll get the word out. Love to all.

Hello--I can relate to the feeling of sending your baby off into the big bad world (and going to check on them later). Andrea says that he is going to Hillcrest. I have been very happy with our experience there. We love Mrs. Headmand and I am sure the other Kindergarten teacher is good as well. What will you do now that nothing huge is going on in your lives? You might go into a coma or something. Good Luck. The Harris'
